QUEZON City, September 27, 2014—The Directors of Vocations in the Philippines – Ecclesiastical Province of Manila (DVP-EPM) is set to hold its First Regional Vocation Festival on October 4, Saturday, at the Santuario de San Vicente de Paúl in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
Themed “Pinangindapat: Tawag at Tugon,” the occasion will be hosted by the Diocese of Novaliches, and expects as many as 1,500 participants, representing various dioceses and parishes, to attend the event.
DVP-EPM said each diocese can send from 100 to 150 delegates, preferably young people of both sexes, 15 years old and above, who would like to serve God and His Church.
The organizers encourage participants to come in comfortable attire.
While there will be food concessionaires selling snacks on site, DVP-EPM advises delegates to bring packed lunch and water.
No registration fee will be collected.
Religious congregations and seminaries can also avail of space at the exhibit hall for their promotional needs on a “first come, first served” basis for a fee of Php 500.
