Tagle to give free talk on ‘Theology of Poverty’

MAKATI City, June 27, 2015 – In line with the ongoing Year of the Poor, no less than the newly-elected president of Caritas Internationalis himself, Manila Archbishop Luís G. Cardinal Tagle, is slated to share his theological insights on a reality many Asians, especially Filipinos, experience today: poverty.

First Saturday

Entitled “Church of the Poor in Asia: Theology of Poverty,” the talk is organized by Pueblo Amante María Mariological Marian Society of the Philippines (PAMMSPhil) for its monthly “2015 First Saturday Marian Conferences” scheduled this July 4 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the San Carlos Seminary Auditorium, Epifanio de los Santos Ave., Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City.
