MANILA, June 9, 2016 – Struggling with same sex attraction (SSA)? A Catholic apostolate organized an orientation seminar for persons with SSA on June 18, Saturday, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at a venue to be announced.
Organized by Courage, “an international apostolate of the Catholic Church, which ministers to persons with same-sex attractions and their family and friends”, the event aims to help persons struggling with homosexuality live a full and ordered life.
To respect the privacy of members and would be attendees, the venue will only be disclosed to those who will confirm their attendance.
Drawing inspiration from Luke 19:10, “for the Son of Man came to seek and save the lost”, Courage is a support group for individuals with SSA that meets regularly for Bible sharing, accountability purposes, and talks.
