MANILA, June 20, 2016— A new service for people looking for information about the Catholic Church, its ministries and services in the Philippines will be launched in Manila this week.

Catholink,” an information hub project of the Manila archdiocese-run Radio Veritas, will offer access to up-to-date, accurate and relevant information about the Church.

Fr. Anton Pascual, Radio Veritas President, said the project will help Catholics with all their queries about the Church ministries “as well as requests for guidance and counseling through phone calls or online.”

He said Catholink is also an avenue for different dioceses, parishes and Church organizations to serve more people with all the information they need.

“Through this program, we aim to serve more faithful and make the Catholic Church closer to them,” Pascual said.

The Catholic information hub will be formally launched at the Merced Bakeshop and Restaurant in Quezon City at 2pm on Friday, June 24. (CBCPNews)
