Posted By: admin On:

DUBAI, June 29, 2015 –- A small group of mostly young Filipino teenagers left their comfort zones to personally show their appreciation to the tireless blue collar workers of the UAE on June 13 with the “Sameness Project.”

A little less than 20 CFC – Youth for Christ (CFC-YFC) members of Dubai gave out bottled water, food, and face cloths with “Thank You” written in six different on them, to construction workers who were having a break from working under the 45 degree heat of the sun in Dubai.

Young Catholics, who were putting their faith into action, shared meaningful conversations with the workers who talked about not being able to go home to their countries because of their jobs, one for as long 13 years.

The CFC-YFC members were also accompanied by their Couple coordinators who are members of Couples for Christ.
