PARAÑAQUE City, July 3, 2015—In a bid to educate the faithful on the place of the Church in society this “Year of the Poor,” the Mary Queen of the Apostles (MQA) Parish in Parañaque is set to come out with a series of weekly talks held every Friday on what is often hailed as the best-keep secret of the Church: her social teaching.

In it, speaker Fr. Rene Lagaya, SDB, is expected to provide attendees with the historical vision of the development of Catholic social doctrine from Vatican I, Vatican II down to Pope Paul VI.
